Shipping policy
General Shipping Policy Information:
All orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays), after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note, we do not ship orders Friday through Sunday. When orders are placed before 3:00p CST, Monday through Thursday, we strive to provide our customers with same-day shipping fulfillment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email notification confirming your order has shipped and that will contain tracking for your package(s).
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strongly recommend selecting a UPS shipping option when possible as many customers have experienced issues with delivery when selecting USPS options.
Checking the Status of an Order:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available when clicking the link.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@johnsiebeling.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Holiday Shipping:
Please note that our offices are closed and we do not ship on the following holidays: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Monday following Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, the day before Thanksgiving, and Thanksgiving Day.
Additionally, our offices are closed the last ~10 days of the year to allow our team to enjoy time with their families for Christmas. We will post the shipping deadline each year on our website to receive books before this extended office closure. We greatly appreciate your understanding during this closure time!
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@johnsiebeling.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
